This Choriburger recipe is the perfect blend of smoky, savory flavor and juicy texture. Featuring Hess Street Foods Chorizo Seasoning Paste, this bold Mexican-inspired burger is perfect for grilling season, family cookouts, or anytime you’re craving a flavor-packed burger with a twist.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 4–5 oz (about ½ jar) of Hess Street Foods Chorizo Seasoning Paste
- ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (optional)
- Hamburger buns + your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Mix the Patties
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chorizo paste, breadcrumbs, and eggs. Mix until the texture is smooth and evenly blended.
2. Form the Choriburgers
Divide the mixture into eight ¼-pound patties. Shape them evenly so they cook consistently on the grill or skillet.
3. Grill or Cook
Heat a grill or skillet to medium heat (350–400°F). Add a bit of oil if desired.
Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side, flipping only once or twice for the best texture.
