We’re so grateful you’ve chosen Hess Street Foods, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Since our products are food items, all sales are considered final — but we absolutely stand behind the quality of what we make.

All Sales Are Final

Because we offer perishable and specialty items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items.  

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll gladly send you a replacement or offer store credit.
