Ingredients:
- 1 lb 80/20 ground meat (pork, beef, turkey, or choice)
- ½ jar Hess Street Foods Abuela’s Original Chorizo Paste
- 8 oz shredded Oaxaca cheese
- ½ cup pico de gallo (for garnish)
- ½ cup guacamole (for garnish)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
How to Make Chorizo Queso Fundido
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground meat with ½ jar Abuela’s Original Chorizo Paste until fully mixed.
- Add the chorizo-meat mixture to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
