Shipping policy

At Hess Street Foods, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to our customers. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via UPS or USPS. We may use DHL Express or FedEx on the occasion. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We offer free shipping for orders over $35, orders under $35 are paid for by the customer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the order total and shipping destination. We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping information will be emailed to the customer after purchase is completed. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll gladly send you a replacement or offer store credit. Email us at mariaflores@hessstreetfoods.com and we’ll take care of it.
