How to Use:
You’ll Need:
•    1 lb. of ground meat or plant-based alternative
•    ½ jar of Hess Street Foods Chorizo Paste (about 3.8 oz)

Instructions:

1.    Mix it up:
In a bowl, combine 1 lb. of ground meat with half a jar of chorizo paste. Mix well until fully coated.
2.    Heat it up:
Preheat a non-stick or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
3.    Cook it down:
Add the chorizo mixture to the hot pan. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned and slightly crispy—about 8–10 minutes.
4.    Serve & enjoy:
Use it in tacos, bowls, eggs, pizzas, or anything you love!

Or stir in 1–2 teaspoons per serving to soups, spreads, or sauces for instant bold flavor. Adjust to taste. 

Ingredients:
Ancho peppers, fresh garlic, vinegar, salt, and a blend of spices.

Storage:
Refrigerate after opening. Use within 90 days. Shelf life: 12 months unopened.

Amazing - the jar is so convenient and easy for making chorizo! Other vegetarian chorizos tend to be very greasy or need adjustments, but this paste goes well with every meat substitute I've tried and is super easy to use

I love chorizo with eggs or beans, but most store-bought varieties are too greasy for my taste. I love this paste because I can add it to leaner meats and the flavor is incredible. I’ve also mixed it with sour cream for an amazing party dip, and with with olive oil for a tasty drizzle on hummus. I’m excited to see what I can do with the other flavors!
