These Tuna Empanadas are packed with rich, smoky goodness from Spanish Chorizo Paste and make the perfect snack or meal!
Ingredients:
1 can of tuna, drained
1-2 tbsp Spanish Chorizo Paste
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
¼ cup chopped green olives
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 package of pie crust
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, Spanish Chorizo Paste, Greek yogurt, and chopped parsley. Stir until well combined, then add the chopped green olives.
Assemble the empanadas: Roll out the pie crust and cut out circles. Place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over and press the edges to seal.
Bake: Brush the empanadas with beaten egg and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve & enjoy: Pair with a side of Greek yogurt for dipping and savor the flavors!
