How to Use:

• 1 lb. of ground meat or plant-based alternative
• ½ cup of Hess Street Foods Chorizo Seasoning Paste
Instructions:
1. Mix it up:
In a bowl, combine 1 lb. of ground meat with 1/2 cup of chorizo seasoning paste. Mix well until fully coated.
2. Heat it up:
Preheat a non-stick or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
3. Cook it down:
Add the chorizo mixture to the hot pan. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned and slightly crispy—about 7–10 minutes.
4. Serve & enjoy:
Use it in paellas, bowls, potatoes, Fabada Asturiana (traditional bean stew from northern Spain), or anything you love!
Or stir into lentils, hummus or fold into omelets.
