Chorizo is a family tradition, and this one started with María's grandmother, Abuela Licha, and her chorizo recipe from Mexico. Mix, heat, serve: it's that simple to bring homemade chorizo to your kitchen this season. Our seasoning is plant based and gluten free, with a shelf life of up to 2 years unopened. No fillers. No MSG. No preservatives.
Care Instructions

Cast Iron Skillet
Pre-seasoned with soy-based oil and ready to use right out of the box. Cast iron has a naturally more textured surface than nonstick cookware, so we recommend re-seasoning it from time to time for a smoother, more nonstick surface.
Let the skillet cool completely, then wash it by hand in hot soapy water with a sponge and regular dish soap. Not dishwasher safe.

Teak Meat Chopper
Hand wash only. Do not soak. Wash before first use. Do not use in the microwave or oven. Made of natural teak wood.

Linen Cross-Back Apron
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors, using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach.
Air dry when possible, or tumble dry on low.
Iron on medium to high heat while slightly damp, if you like.
Linen softens with every wash. Some wrinkling and slight shrinkage are normal.
Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified.
