We love this product. One jar lasts me two meals. My favorite dish to make is a chorizo ground turkey, sweet potato, black bean skillet. The chorizo seasoning is a perfect compliment to these ingredients. Its delicious deep and savory chorizo flavor is perfectly compliment to the sweet in the sweet potato and the earthy flavor of the black beans. Add a little chile piquin and even better. SO GOOD!!!
I used this to make plant based chorizo from textured vegetable protein and it was so delicious even the non-vegitarians in the family loved it! It was the most flavorful version of chorizo I've ever made! I'll definitely be buying again!

Easy to use
Amazing - the jar is so convenient and easy for making chorizo! Other vegetarian chorizos tend to be very greasy or need adjustments, but this paste goes well with every meat substitute I've tried and is super easy to use
I love chorizo with eggs or beans, but most store-bought varieties are too greasy for my taste. I love this paste because I can add it to leaner meats and the flavor is incredible. I’ve also mixed it with sour cream for an amazing party dip, and with with olive oil for a tasty drizzle on hummus. I’m excited to see what I can do with the other flavors!
